Wonderful Item for making chocolate

This product is wonderful. We made 20 lbs of chocolate and used this color pallet to color many of the molds. It worked wonderfully, was on for about 8 hrs straight, didnt gett to hot, melted the colors perfectly without needing to be thined, etc. The kids used and loved it too (not too hot where someone will burn themeselves). And, no worries about getting water in the chocolate.Everyone loved using this new tool and we now have it for years to come as we make chocolate every year for Chrstmas presents for teachers, co-workers, etc.
